Hello Shari,
To remove My Account icon and link from the header, follow this step:
Remove account.php file from /templates/shaper_floox/features/.
To remove Login / Sign Up go to Joomla admin menu > Extensions > Modules > search for Floox Login and disable it.

Please go to this location: templates/shaper_floox and replace offline.php file with the attached file. You need to unzip first and then replace.
