Offline Page No Text Or Image

I am using helix ultimate (free) template.

I have my site in offline mode (coming soon is disabled).

I have offline custum message 'This site is down for maintenance.<br />Please check back again soon.' and an image, but neither appear.

Can someone help?

Hi Johnny,

I can, and I did. Fixed.

Indeed by default that template do not use text from Global Configuration. I have to ask our developer to add missing part as I did on your site.
