Bug after update Strings

Hello, i see today all my tables interclassements are "utf8mb4_unicode_ci"
Except New SPPB and Strings tables are "utf8_general_ci"

Could it be the problem ? (But i have same things on other websites)

I'm disapointed, i don't know how to give you access on phpmyadmin to my database.
I would give you all what you want and what you need but it seem to be difficult.
