Bug On Mobile Logo After Helix Ultimate V2.0.17 Update

Hi,

BEFORE Helix Ultimate v2.0.17 update, the show mobile logo was ENABLED.

AFTER Helix Ultimate v2.0.17 update, the show mobile logo is DISABLED : see here : https://prnt.sc/1WiAJKcWWVa3

Could you please fiwx this bug, because I have hundred websites to update and I cannot waste my time to login each website one by one and change this option.

Mainly because this options waz ENABLED before update, so I do not undestand why this option is now DISABLED.

honestly it is a shame. you upgrade are killing the job we did on website and now we have to correct it manually, it is sad.....

the problem has been introduced when migrating from v2.0.16 to 2.0.17 I don't know what happen when migrating from v2.0.16 to 2.0.18

but I'm not dreaming, log has dispeared from many website after migrating from v2.0.16 to 2.0.17

Ok but when you say "allow our team some time" you mean how much time? days, weeks, years? Because I have opened a lot a ticket for a lot of bugs since several weeks and nothing has been fixed yet.

I'm sure you are doing a lot a work and you are busy, but fixing bugs should be your priority rather than implementing new features.....

Hi

I have talked with our team they said you have to manually enable it. Maybe in upcoming update it will not be added. Its new feature. You have to enable it manually. Sorry for that.

Yes I know I have to enable it manually, this is not the problem.

The problem is :

  • on helix V2.0.17 I enable manually mobile logo
  • then I update helix
  • then mobile logo is off, even If I enabled it before migration

so this is a bug on your migration process because my settings are overwritten by your update.

you cannot say to me I have to enable it manually as this has been already done before.

you developers has to correct update process to not override settings already done.
