Hi there,

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. You have to create a user group under the manager then you should assign your user on this user group to use the ACL.

-Thanks

Pirosoft Asked this

The problem is not this, it is that any assignment made is not saved, and the Public level is always assigned, review the video better. I know how to assign the ACL level, and my question was not about ACL.

Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue?

Credentials in hidden field

Give me a few minutes because I have to edit the database to manually assign the SU level.

Ok. I assigned you super user level from database

Toufiq Senior Staff

After disable Property user profile plugin it works fine. But, database has an issue. If you give me database access i will go to fix the issue. I will get back to you tomorrow. Thanks

This is not a professional answer.
The problem persists and it is not conceivable, solve it as you proposed.

In the video I recorded, it is clearly seen that the problem starts to appear after the update SP Property to version 4.0.5, which you shared with me.

Watch it carefully:

Please watch the video.

I don't think it's working properly.

Please watch the video before installing SP Property 4.0.5, see the error you fixed with version 4.0.5: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 3

SEE BEFORE:
https://www.loom.com/share/727567affeac4f1094e35c020811d4df

but as a result you have generated this error?

Watch this video after upgrading to SP Property 4.0.5 and spot the differences

as you see you have to do some extra steps that are not necessary if the SP Property extension works well with users

Toufiq Senior Staff

Check again and don't forget to assign same user group from the user profile settings before save.

Are you joking?

Does user management seem normal to you?

If I want to assign a level to a user, only that level must be assigned, not a double live.

I want the normal behavior of Joomla! and not this behavior of yours, as it worked correctly before the update of SP Property to version 4.0.5

Toufiq Senior Staff

I will try to add solution by tomorrow. Thanks

Please check now. Thanks

Great work, now it works. You should give me the fix files so I can update the live site. Thank you.
