I'm sorry to note that support requests have significant delays. I don't know what's happening to Joomshaper, but the service it's offering is not up to par with the products (which are also being released lately with several bugs). Other extension makers for Joomla! they have a much faster service (an answer is provided within 24 hours) and problem solutions are almost immediately implemented on the final product. I hope that assistance will be quicker, because it is unthinkable for us users of your products to make our customers wait more than 1 month to complete or fix their site.

My sincere apology for the delay. Please contact your hosting provider to check these settings.

  1. Disable strict MIME type checking: Ask to disable strict MIME type checking. This allows the script to be executed regardless of the MIME type. However, keep in mind that this might have security implications, so exercise caution.
  2. Update the server response: Modify the server response headers to include the correct MIME type for the JSON file. The server should respond with the 'Content-Type' header set to 'application/json' for JSON files.

This is the provider's answer: these changes are not made at the server configuration level on our shared hosting configurations (including development hosting). Also the problem occurs in another installation as well.

Thanks for the reply. I do not doubt that on your installation the component works. What I don't understand is why you provide a component that needs hosting side modification if most of the hosting providers don't make server modifications especially on shared hosting. I note that on a different installation with the Estate template the component does not have this problem, I deduce that it is not a hosting configuration problem.

I'm adding this video of a fresh install on my localhost using the Estate template. This shows that without any modification on hosting, the problem doesn't exist, but it is present only on the files (database?) of that installation which doesn't work.

I see the problem solved for Icon Class. The second issue maybe related to flexslider.css is not fixed yet.

Also I would need the installation package for the site in production, can you provide it or is it already on the repository?

and replace flexslider.css file and fonts folder with the attached file and folder. You need to unzip the file and folder and then replace.
