I do not doubt that on your installation the component works.
What I don't understand is why you provide a component that needs hosting side modification if most of the hosting providers don't make server modifications especially on shared hosting.
Like you, I installed on a different hosting and on my computer, as you can see in the first video (shared hosting) and in the second video (on my localhost).

I note that on a different installation with the Estate template the component does not have this problem, I deduce that it is not a hosting configuration problem.
I'm adding this video of a fresh install on my localhost using the Estate template.
This shows that without any modification on hosting, the problem doesn't exist, but it is present only on the files (database?) of that installation which doesn't work.
