I get an error when I try to install a language

When I try to add language "Error connecting to the server: 303", "Invalid URL", "Unable to find install package".
I am getting these errors. I can't install to change language. At the same time, I cannot add any extensions.

Please check with your hosting provider. It seems like a hosting related issue.
