How to add a new font to Helix Ultimate Template?

I followed the directions found in the guide for Helix3 up to point 5, but then the Ultimate version is different and I don't know how to proceed.

The font I'm interested in is not a google font.

I have followed all the steps of the video but I cannot see the loaded font.
I report my situation:
