The payment gateway is frozen. Right now I'm trying Paypal and it's going in circles. however when I go to the order section, I notice the creation of the invalid order. I looked through the forum and this problem seems to be recurring. But none of the proposed solutions worked. i have the late version of easystore.

By configuring the SMTP server in the Joomla global configuration, the problem was solved. This might help anyone who has the same problem.
