Ease store not working after install extension

An error has occurred.
0 Call to undefined method JoomShaper\Component\EasyStore\Administrator\Model\ProductsModel::getDatabase()

Hi,

you claim that you are developer, but you still have Joomla 4.0.3 (!) from 2021, hello.
Please update CMS to J4.4.1, version from this year. Yes, it may be a reason of problem.
Even if that old J! version was in QS by default, webmaster 1st duty is to update Joomla.

After Joomla update, reinstall Easy Store component. If it will not help, change PHP version from PHP 8.0 to 8.1.

Be mind your language.

It is your template as a senior staff you dont have mind? Cross check your tempate and update it first.

Instead of providing a solution you are trying to pass the timne of 15 days only.

I shared the login cerdetials and fix the issue
