you claim that you are developer, but you still have Joomla 4.0.3 (!) from 2021, hello. Please update CMS to J4.4.1, version from this year. Yes, it may be a reason of problem. Even if that old J! version was in QS by default, webmaster 1st duty is to update Joomla.

After Joomla update, reinstall Easy Store component. If it will not help, change PHP version from PHP 8.0 to 8.1.
