Hello,
I unpacked the quickstart package on my XAMPP. That worked fine. Then I created a database and tried to install Joomla. At the final step, I initiated the installation. Initially, everything looks good, but then the installation aborts - unfortunately without an error message.
What could be going wrong?

Hi,
unfortunatelly I´ve got no answer, I only wanted to add that I have exactly the same problem as you...
I hope there will be some fix for that problem soon...

Hi,
1- Check if the DB has the tables?
2- Check if the configuration.php file was created.
Then delete the installation folder and try to access the website.
I believe it's a bug

tables are ok, configuration.php is ok. After removing Installation folder J4 shows this error message:
Though, there is no progress.

Sorry for the inconvenience! Please lower your PHP version down to the PHP 7.2/7.3 then it will be good I hope.

yes, i have done all of these steps. I tried everything according to the technical specifications, but to no avail, it still doesn't work.

Could you please try again? And change the database name also. And if possible lower your PHP version.
