Hey Joom,
i work with the Articles Thumb Slider, know i cant find it and need help.
How can i have a good slider-design with articles?
All the ideas in page builder is not the same like the old:Articles Thumb Slider
how can i have the same result of it? I need a good view for the first side with the newst articles.
I dont want to buy another extension, because you PB is brilliant and i dont like to have some extensions for this small thing.
Thank you.
Hi.
Buying additional extansion only because of appearance is excessively. The purchase of extensions should be based only on their functionality. As for the appearance - use CSS and you will have no boundaries in creating any appearance.
Not one visual interface in the world cannot provide all cases. CSS is what every webmaster should know. Otherwise, you pay for a lack of knowledge.
Hi
Thanks for contacting us. Could you please give me any example of it? What kind of actually you are looking for?
-Regards.

Hi.
There is no simple way.
You must install Newsberg Quickstart on a test domain or subdomain.
Copy the folder with this addon from
your-Newsberg-QuickStart-site.com/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/
to
your-Konstra-site.com/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/
Explore your-Newsberg-QuickStart-site.com through the Dev Tools of your browser to find the entire CSS and JS code of this add-on, copy and place the found code in
your-Konstra-site.com/templates/Konstra/css/custom.css
your-Konstra-site.com/templates/Konstra/js/custom.js
Of course, for all this, you must have skills to understand which code you need to find.
Hello Swanworks
I have an old tutorial on using Custom or Template Specific addons on any Helix template. You may follow this. This requires a lot of customization. But if you can do it, then it will work.
Best regards
Hey,
thanks for your help. But its very difficult for an borrow like me with coding.
Is it possible to make an addon like Newsberg directly available as a module for Helix? That would make this work totally easier and save time.
You are welcome 😊
Sorry, we have no plans for new addons for now.
Hey Ofi,
would you integrate me the article thumb slider from "newsberg" in "restora"?
I dont have the skills to convict the data.
That would be really great if you could support us at short notice. We need your help.
Please share your cPanel access. I will try to help you.
Hey Ofi,
thank you very much. here is the LogIn:
Due to language difference, I am finding it difficult. Please guide me how I can access the files.
You logIn https://www.strato.de/
then you see the menü on the left-side.
Then: "datenbanken und webspace" _> databases and webspace
you can select:
1- database management
2- sftp access
**3-> manage webspace -> fortuna folder***
*i think you must look : "Webspace verwalten" ->manage webspace
I have updated templates/konstra/css/custom.css from line 184 and also added articles_thumb_slider folder on templates/konstra/sppagebuilder/addons. Hopefully, it will work now. Please check your site. I can't check it dues to this error.
Hey ofi, thank you. It running. :)
I will edit the frontend view of the slider like newsberg and give you an information.
Thank you for your work. :)
You are welcome 😊
I have a humble request. It would be very kind of you if you can manage some moment to give us feedback onÂ
This will inspire us to improve.
Hey Ofi,
yes i will. I check the addon. i can see and manage the module but its not runnig with autoplay, it dont change the view of the article. second part is that i cant remove the social media and the numbers in the right-top corner are overlapping. Do you have any ideas? The site is: New News where i check the modul.
Oh Ofi,
sorry for that, i saw its a second modul: "Article layout" in newsberg.
That would be great, because I noticed that the main page of Newsberg also has this addon. I imported the newsberg homepage under the "New News 2" page. It would be really great if you could install this addon for me too.
I have uploaded the necessary files for Articles Layout addon. Please check it by yourself.
Thank you very much. I will work with it in few days. So i will give you feedback.
Thank you

Hey Ofi,
i proof the Settings but its not running. I hope you can whatch the site and help me.
My idea is that its runnig like the start-side of newsberg.
So i build the site "New News 2" ID: 330 - And the article thumb slider is included.
With the articles layout there are no arrows to slide. its only a grey circle and its not sliding.
But in frontend, the slideshow is not running, can you help me to fix it?

The LogIn is the same.
Please go to this locations:
templates/konstra/css/ and templates/konstra/js/
and place swiper.min.css and swiper.min.js files. You need to unzip the files and then replace.
Thank you Ofi,
ive update it with your files. And its running. thank you.
Know, i have other sizes for the article-photos. So can you give me the code to change theThumbnail size of the "carussel" photo in the addons? In the template newsberg the photos like square: https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/newsberg
on my page its not. its in the size how the photo is. So can you give me a short code to fix it?
you can see the photos in the boxes in the carussel. hope you can fix it. https://we.tl/t-c6dXIuVInY
