Issue with the SP Image Gallery when add picture or create new album with pictures ...

Hi JomlaShaper Team!

We have an issue with the SP Image Gallery for one of our websites. I will provide credentials in the hidden section.

When we want to add more pictures to some of the already created albums in SP Image Gallery, these pictures are not showing, instead we have only the names popup on the front-end section. Check the screenshots in hidden section.
The old galleries are working perfectly.
We didn't update anything, we use Joomla 4.3.1 with PHP 8.3.

Hello,

I reviewed your issues and noticed that images are missing from your media folder. For example, folder 44 is missing in the spimagegallery directory. Please create the directory and upload the images, or you can change the images by editing the albums.

Hi Ziaul Kabir,

I use SP Easy Image gallery to upload the pictures, for example for folder 44(this is the album Gallery-07-house) Pictures are present in the admin panel but not in the folder. Check the hidden section I putted the link the gallery in the admin panel.

Hello,

I created a test menu for the album Gallery 07 House. When I visit the URL by copying the menu item, I can see that all the images in this article are displayed perfectly.

Additionally, could you please confirm if you have translated your SP Image Gallery?

Hi Ziaul Kabir!

I don't translate anything related to SP Image Gallery. At that point we don't use text phrases for Albums on our website. I will point you to the issue -> when I create a new album and upload pictures in it via backend, these pictures present in the back-end but not showing on the front-end and also there are no uploaded pictures in the album's folder for this album. Something happens with the SP Image Gallery, because before 6 months I created all of the current albums without any issue.

Please check the video link in the hidden section, pop-ups don't appear but you will get the point!

Hi Ziaul Kabir,

is NOT workign, because is NOT SHOWING the pictures on the Front-end. These two picture that you added to the albun are not showing properly on back-end. Check the screenshot and the admin please!

I tried to create a new album and to link to Gallery-7 module and the issue is the same.

Hello,

The issue is that when you upload images to the gallery and save it, a folder should be created in the spimagegallery folder, but for some reason, the image folder is not being created or somehow it's missing from your end.

I suggest you first check both url, and let me know you see images or not? and when you upload images, please wait let me them finish to upload then press save.
