EasyStore Settings, Something Went Wrong!

Hi,

I have Allura quickstart installed, but why when i try to open Store Settings > General, it goes error message "Something Went Wrong!"

Also same with : Products, Payments, Checkout, Shipping, and Taxes

I apologize for the delay. The issue was caused by the Stripe and PayPal plugins, but I have now resolved it.

Clear Cache: Try clearing both your site and browser cache, as cached files can sometimes cause unexpected issues.

To troubleshoot the issue, please follow these steps:

1.  Enable Debug and Error Reporting:
    a. Go to System > Global Configuration.
    b. Under the Sysatem tab, set Debug System to “Yes” and Server Tab Error Reporting to “Maximum.”
2.  Inspect the Problematic Page:
    a. Open the page in your browser and access the Developer Tools (usually by pressing F12).
    b. In Console, look for any error messages that could point to JavaScript or other client-side issues.
    c. In the Network tab, check for any failed requests (highlighted in red), which could indicate loading errors or permission issues.

These steps will help identify any underlying errors that might be affecting the page.
