SPPB mysql table COLLATE

Hi,

Why all SP page builder mysql tables are encoded with utf8mb3_general_ci instead of utf8mb4_general_ci ?

Hi,

I’ve discussed this with our development team. They’ve informed me that the update needs to be implemented gradually to avoid potential database issues. Applying the changes all at once could cause instability, which is why it hasn’t been completed yet.

It may take some additional time to finalize this properly. We appreciate your patience and understanding while the team works on it.

As additional input, maybe it would even be better to use utf8mb4_unicode_ci which is the default Joomla core collation?

Just as a reminder, remember that the collation to apply is utf8mb4_unicode_ci, which is the default Joomla core collation.
