hi, i am using nectar template and trying to choose another Pre Defined Presets but it is not giving any effects and not changing the colours in template. how can i solve it?

First, please ensure that you have the latest version of the Helix Ultimate plugin installed.

Additionally, make sure that this setting is enabled:

In some cases, server caching may cause issues, so try clearing your cache and checking again.
If the issue persists, please share your Joomla admin URL, username, and password in the hidden content section. Before sharing any credentials, kindly take a full backup of your site.
