This post is for HF Version: 2.1.0, SPPB Version: 5.3.1, Joomla 4.4.4, no Template is used.

I just realized that since the last Update that all Helix Ultimate Presets are not considered anymore.

https://prnt.sc/DtL_tZhaHGIg

Also the Pulldown Button is broken.

Browser Cache was cleared, Joomla Cache was cleared but still the color is not the set color.

Sorry guys but i am furious and my Customers are even more furious. Its Saturday and i have other things to do than to report Bugs.

Please clarify why i should set this permanent to On while in production mode?

Hi.

When you update the template, all its CSS files are updated with default values. Also when updating, the "Compile SCSS to CSS" option is OFF by default.

Therefore, after the update, you need to turn on this option and save so that the CSS is сompiled from the template settings and added to CSS files. If your site is in production mode, after CSS recompilation, you can turn off this option again and save.

So, the final steps are such: "Compile SCSS to CSS" > ON > Save - Then - "Compile SCSS to CSS" > OFF > Save

ALWAYS STARTS FROM: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/troubleshooting-faq#megamenu-without-arrow-icons-for-submenu-items

About colors - try old method Template Options > Advanced > Compile CSS - SCSS : On or Off > Save etc.

Hello Paul, thx for assisting.

The Documentation says to turn "Compile SCSS to CSS: On". In Helix Ultimate the blue i says "Turn off this option if your site is in production mode." https://prnt.sc/jUvzOR2MClZa

Only one information can be true. Please clarify why i should set this permanent to On while in production mode?

Anyway, non of the tips in the Documentation solved the issue with the arrow icons. Only the CSS Code solved the color issue. Interesting... But for me using CSS is just a workaround. https://prnt.sc/sN9BeJq-KZbH

Do you have any other ideas to get the arrow icons back?

Paul you can call me crazy but now it works. I reloaded the page 30 minutes later again and the arrow was back...

May it be that the Cache needed some time to create everything new and i just was too fast with reloading the Page?

Probably Yes.

Yesterday update fixed only sidebar-sticky.js file. Nothing else.
