Helix Ultimate Presets Not Working

Hi

Selecting a specific Preset in the Template Options doesn't change the color of the header and footer (didn't check other elements). Furthermore, when changing the hex value of the color for the header or the footer in a Preset (in any Preset) it has no impact. After closing and re-opening the changed Preset, the hex value is reset back to its default value. I've searched the Internet about this issue and it seems others have a similar experience. Could you help me with advice how to circumvent this problem? Maybe I'm doing something wrong but can't think of what.

Tried with clearing browser and Joomla chache, but no success.

Using: newest Joomla version and newest Helix Ultimate version.

Hi there!

I have some suggestions for you! Reason can be one of them:

You may try to go in Advanced > SCSS > Compile SCSS to CSS, activate that option. Once you're done with your colors you can remove it.

You may try enabling compress the CSS and Javascript to get it to work.

Sometimes the main reason for not showing the changes is Adblock software installed on the computer. After disabling the Adblock software the changes are shown immediately.

Clear Joomla and Browser cache(Most important)

want to let you know that clearing the browser cache will (usually) display the page correctly after changing the template option.

We have the same issue - editing Presets does not work. We followed the suggestions and the results were "spotty," not consistent. These seems to be an issue with Helix Ultimate 2.0.12. A user should not have to go through all these suggestions hoping the feature will work properly. I hope there is a real fix in the works.
