Apologies for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, there are no dedicated settings available to directly modify or remove the "Citizenship" field in the User - Profile SP Author Archive plugin. However, you can achieve this using Joomla's Language Override feature.
To rename the field—for example, changing "Citizenship" to "Country"—please follow this tutorial on how to create a language override:
🔗 How to use Joomla Language Overrides
The language constant you’ll want to override is:
PLG_USER_PROFILESPAARCHIVE_FIELD_CITIZENSHIP
