SP Author Archive Image And Article List

I'm using the newsberg template and noticed that when uploading author's image via (backend admin or front end login) the avatar photo isnt updating and showing in the front end views (article and user profile etc). Another question is that when a user logs in front-end how can the user view their own articles list, to view how many articles they have published the hits and dates etc... is there options available for this? I did not find a menu option under sp author archive nor in user menu options where a user can view only the list of their own articles.

thank you in advance

Apologies for the inconvenience.

I have checked the author image upload functionality, and it appears to be working correctly on our end. In order to investigate what might be causing the issue on your site, could you please share temporary login credentials (admin and front-end user access)? This will help me examine the configuration and provide a precise solution.

Regarding your second question — currently, SP Author Archive does not offer a built-in feature that allows users to view a list of only their own published articles along with metadata like hit count and publish dates. This functionality is not included by default in the SP Author Archive or the standard user menu options.

Thank you for your understanding. Please let me know how you'd like to proceed.

Thank you for providing the credentials.

I’ve checked your site and was able to successfully change the author's image without any issues. Please see the attached screenshot as confirmation prnt.sc/D0syvECftrjI. After testing, I reverted the image back to the original to avoid any disruption.

It’s possible I may have missed a specific step or scenario. Could you kindly share a screen recording of the issue you're encountering? This will help me better understand the situation and provide a more accurate solution.

Looking forward to your response.
