Helix Ultimate Menu issue on different resolution

Asked by Jean-Claude Gagné 1 year ago Last activity 1 year ago

Hey,

I got an issue where the Helix Ultimate menu doesn't appear correctly depending on the screen resolutions.
This is problematic considering that not everyone got the same screens depending on the device used.

Here exemples of issues, the text of the menu would appear too small to read/navigate. The off-canvas menu 3 bars buttons would appear off the menu causing it to be barely visible depending on page and simply not on the spot it supposed to be in.

So I was wondering how can I fix this so the menu is properly appearing no matter what resolutions it's on so it's more a universal menu?

Thank you

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

Hello.

My website a Intranet. the only way for you to access it, it's by connecting to the computer through TeamViewer, I would give you the informations for you to connect in the Hidden Content.

Does that work for you ?

Thank you

In general, according to Support Policy we can help only if we have access to site URL. Not remote localhost.

Please:

Write full template name
Record video with all problems, and share link to it

About "menu would appear too small to read/navigate " you can change font size from Typography settings or by custom CSS if you like that method.

About "The off-canvas menu 3 bars buttons would appear off the header" - have you used Predefined header or custom header?? if 2nd answer, you can correct that by using correct columns width size. I created a video about that on youtube some time ago.
