Testimonial Pro URL link?

Asked by Michael 5 years ago Last activity 5 years ago

Hi guys,

When I add a URL link feature in the 'Testimonial Pro' Addon - at the bottom of the addon editor, the result once saved... on the live site it points the URL go to a Twitter page... and NOT the provided URL?

it adds an @ sign to the link for some reason.

e.g. if I used:
https://www.joomshaper.com

once saved in the Addon it gets changed to
@https://www.joomshaper.com

Am I missing something?

I do not want it to go to twitter... I want it to go to the URL.

Regards,

Michael

Please go to this location: templates/shaper_oneclip/sppagebuilder/addons/testimonialpro and replace site.php file with the attached file. You need to unzip the file and then replace.

site.php.zip

Hi Off,

I have provided my login details to you previously with another question that hasn't been fixed :(
https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/3967

I have added the login details to this link for you to login and added you IP as well.

To see the issue:
Please go to SPPB... and choose the: 'New - Messaging On Hold' page. (which is unpublished)

Half way down you will see the Testimonial Pro Addon.
Then select any of the people in the list that have a URL... then click the page PREVIEW button to see the result.

Then click on the link under the persons name and postion.

The link takes you to Twitter??????

I have already done this before.. and you got in... a few days back when working on the other issue.

I have not removed your IP as yet, so you should still get in.

Please confirm you can get in ???

Youve changed your IP today to 43.224.109.195

You must have a static IP?

I will add this.. try again to 2 minutes
