Can Not Use Front End Editor - ModSpsimpleportfolioHelper::getItemid()

Hi,

When I try to log into using the FRONTEND editor - I get the following error:

0 Call to undefined method ModSpsimpleportfolioHelper::getItemid()

How do I fix this?

Yes, I have found the same issue. The contents are not loading in the frontend editor. Interestingly, I created a new page and there frontend editor works well. Please allow some time to investigate the issue.

Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and then install on your server. Follow this tutorial. Then uninstall SP Page Builder from the backup site and then install it again. Then check your issue. Since you are doing this on backup, no fear of losing data on main site. If this fix works, then apply it to your main site.

I also created a new page called

Test 1 ... and then the Fronend editor worked !!!

Best all the other (original) pages still does not work.

:(

If you look at my reply yesterday... I have tried your fix.. and posted images as you suggested. Have you tried logging in since yesterday to check?

The only 3rd party plugin are Admintools and Akeeba Backup

All Original PAGES do not work... where creating a new page does???

Due to how slow the help is to fix this... I have started just creating new pages and copying the layout / rows from the BROKEN original pages... to the new pages.

So any pages you see with NEW - in the page name, these are from newly created pages, that allow the frontend editor to work.

I have left the BROKEN original pages, just so you can still working on fixing the issue, I it would be a major problem if this happened again into the future.

Please avoid the dedicated addons for One Clip. Use the addons only from SP Page Builder. I have renamed the sppagebuilder folder in this location: templates/shaper_oneclip and your frontend is working now.

Also - the Testimonial Pro Addon parameters have now all changed ???

The SLIDESHOW was broken fully across the site, and even affected all the NEW pages, I had created.

grrr.

So I had to delete the site completely ... and upload a backup to get it working again.

This now means that the FIX you did for the Testimonial Pro issue (see link below) with the URL problem sending the uRL link to TWITTER - has now come back... and needs to be fixed again !!!!
