"Coming soon" disabled continues to overwrite "Site Offline"

Asked by infoal 11 months ago Last activity 11 months ago

I’m using the Visualin Joomla template. I have the “Coming Soon” option disabled, and at the same time Joomla is set to “Site Offline” because I want the default system message to appear along with the login form, so I can log in to the frontend as an administrator.

The issue is that even though I have “Coming Soon” disabled, it still shows up and prevents Joomla’s default offline page from being displayed.

How can I make Joomla show the default offline message and login form instead of the template’s “Coming Soon” page? I need this because the “Coming Soon” page does not include the login form.

Hello infoal,

Thank you for reporting this issue, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing.

To help resolve this, could you please grant me temporary administrative access to your site? This will allow me to investigate the conflict between the "Coming Soon" and "Site Offline" settings directly.

Before you provide the credentials, please ensure you've created a full backup of your site for data security.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards

Now working.

What was going on? Anything I should know? I'd also like to know if there's a way to add a login form to the Coming Soon page.

OK, thanks.

Please consider adding a "Login Form" option in the "Coming Soon" section.

Regards.

Thank you for your suggestion. Please note that this feature is related to the template itself, not the Helix Ultimate plugin. You can expect this option to be included in a future template update rather than in a Helix Ultimate plugin update.
