"Coming Soon" Disabled Continues To Overwrite "Site Offline"

I’m using the Visualin Joomla template. I have the “Coming Soon” option disabled, and at the same time Joomla is set to “Site Offline” because I want the default system message to appear along with the login form, so I can log in to the frontend as an administrator.
The issue is that even though I have “Coming Soon” disabled, it still shows up and prevents Joomla’s default offline page from being displayed.
How can I make Joomla show the default offline message and login form instead of the template’s “Coming Soon” page? I need this because the “Coming Soon” page does not include the login form.
