Sp Page Builder Pro Does Not Work

Buy the Sp Page Builder Pro package, but it doesn't work, I'm hours trying to move forward and it doesn't save the changes I make.
I must submit this work soon and I can't waste time with a program that doesn't work.

I am getting 403 forbidden. I have shared my public ip in the hidden content. Please whitelist the ip address.

with this code I can not attach well ! , could you put a button to attach files?

the problem I have is in the sliders, they don't save the changes!!! then on the OFFERS page, I can't edit because the items don't appear, nor can I change the name at the beginning: "Find Your Adventure" or "hotel| package| Daily tour| Transport"

the TRAVUS template DOES NOT WORK. I CAN'T WASTE ANY MORE TIME, MY CLIENTS ARE DEMANDING A QUICK RESPONSE.

I could not see the screenshot. Take a screenshot and share via any platform. For example: Lightshot or Imgur. I have already solved some of the issues. Please check back your issues and confirm me.

what are the minimum requirements for this template to work properly.

I'm tired that they don't come up with a solution. They ask me for access by FTP. the Administrator accesses. and they do not solve any problem, how much longer I must wait to have a solution. They should not sell the TRAVUS template, if it is not well developed.

Indeed, in all our hosting plans the parameters indicated on that page are met. As for the php version, the values of the limits, etc ... you can edit them yourself through cPanel by following these guidelines:

I see that they did not give me a solution, I take several days, I gave them access to the FTP, to the administration panel of Joomla, configure according to the requested parameters and improve some, but the template that installs does not work. I have problems with my client, so I request that they make me the return of the payment that I make.
