Error when edititing article settings

Asked by Jan Korshavn 6 months ago Last activity 6 months ago

Hi,
I changed the setting for aticles to activate "Last edited date" in addition to Publised date", but got this error message:

PlgSystemHelixultimate::onExtensionBeforeSave(): Argument #1 ($event) must be of type Joomla\CMS\Event\Model\BeforeSaveEvent, string given, called in /customers/e/8/1/cu9keyzj8/webroots/r1114197/libraries/src/Plugin/CMSPlugin.php on line 289

I installed the latest plugin, got the same result. Please advice. It's Joomla 4.4.15 on this site,

Apologies for the inconvenience. The latest version of Helix Ultimate currently has a known issue with Joomla 4 when enabling the "Last edited date" option.

As an immediate workaround, you can resolve this by replacing the plugins/system/helixultimate/helixultimate.php file with the attached fixed version.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to fully address this compatibility issue.
