FEDEX shipping rates

I am having trouble getting EasyStore to connect to FedEx to get shipping rates via API calls. I need to get accurate shippng rates using weight and the destination. I spoke to Fedex IT they say the API calls are working. Is this an issue with EasyStore?

Thanks I followed docs the API keys have been added but it seems like the shipping method is being used rather that FedEx live rates which I would expect to override the shipping method.
