Class "JFactory" not found...Where is the plugin?

Hello, dear team
Class "JFactory" not found The Site ist not working.
Its a fresh Joomla 6.1. and the template onpage.
Where is the “Behaviour – Backward Compatibility 6” plugin? I can't seem to find it.Please help!
