Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Could you kindly grant me access to your Joomla administrator area so that I can investigate the issue you're experiencing? Prior to providing access, please ensure that you have backed up your site. Additionally, it's important to note that providing login credentials is entirely voluntary on your part; we respect your decision either way. However, if you do choose to share the login details, it would greatly expedite the resolution process. Thank you for your cooperation.

Best regards,

Toufiqur Rahman (Team Lead, Support)

Hello Toufiq, I just see your message. Th'ats a very good news. I did not check it right now. I just wanted to tell you that I created a new target database , with utf8_general_ci encode, the previous one was latina_swedish_ci, i don't know why. and a new user. I imported my local database, modified the confi.php file, and that's ok. We were working at the same time, but not on the same objects, so ? I will check with your modifications.

Well, i checked after modifying the configuration.php file, and using the primary database, and it's user. It works, right. But you write you changed the user. Where did you change ? I do not see. Or may be you went back to initial config? Did you make any other changes? So, i don't understand eveything, but it seems it works with either databases, and the initial user and password. I will go on, change http to https. Up to you, should i remove my second database and use the one you worked on? Regards jluc

I just updated Joomla core files. Nothing else. Maybe your database is same. Thanks

Well tat's fine. I suppose the modified encodage has no role in the solution, but joomla core files update. Thanks regards
