I just paid for 1 year subscription and now i am seeing Error 1015: You are being rate limited. Why ?
I am using dedicated IP which i bought it since 2009. How come my ip is banned ? i am just tying to download templates and extensions. Should I ask for the refund ?

Hi Zay,

We don't block IP of our customers, it would be stupid, don't you think. But because of DDoS attacks & spamers, we use Cloudflare security layer, and it locks the IP that its global algorithms use as a thread.

In case of problems, just use Opera browser with built-in free VPN, it's just one click more to get what you need from our site without delay : https://help.opera.com/en/latest/security-and-privacy/#VPN
