Banned Error 1015 Rate Limited

Hello, i can't import any layouts i get: "Request failed with status code 500" error, Then i was banned from the website and not just me all our servers are banned. We manage a lot of websites so naturally there will be many many requests from our servers, so i don't understand the ban.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We’ve recently implemented rate-limiting features — the current limit is 100 requests per 10 seconds. If you’re not logged in, please avoid attempting multiple sign-ins at once or clicking the “Sign In” button repeatedly.
