I'm testing the checkout flow on the new site with the EasyStore component and when I access the cart to start the checkout process, a section of the screen appears to be loading, but it never does. I don't know if this is a bug or if it's supposed to be visible, but I think it confuses the user.

How can this be fixed or changed?

I have fixed the file templates/nectar/html/com_easystore/cart/default.php. The skeleton loading behavior was handled incorrectly, and this issue has now been resolved.

This is a skeleton loading state, not a bug. It is intentionally shown to improve the user experience while the checkout data is loading in the background.
However, if it stays visible for too long or does not disappear after the content loads, then please let us know.

Okay, I understand the intention, but it's not disappearing. I left it for more than 15 minutes and the effect was still there. Could you check what might be happening?

Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.
