EasyStore Inventory Management

How do I manage inventory of my products in EasyStore ? Couldn't find anything about this in the documentation.

I do see my product have an amount, and some are "In stock" while other are "Out of Stock" but this comes from the migration from J2Store. How do I change a product from Out of Stock back to In stock, and how do I update my stock quantities if I receive new products ? I can't seem to find the option on the product page.

Have you already checked the inventory settings mentioned in the following documentation?

If the product is currently showing as out of stock and you want to make it available again, please enable the Track Quantity option and set the Stock Quantity according to the available product quantity:

This should make the product available again based on the stock amount you set.

Thanks for the answer, I didn't realize I had to check this "track quantity" for the quantity to appear.

Anyway, this is a pretty complex way to manage an inventory. Every time I need to update a stock quantity, I have to find the product, get into the variant edition, and only there update the quantity in stock... for each product.

Are you planning at some point to add a real inventory screen from which you have a view on all product's current stock and can update, like the one you can find in J2Store (see image below).

Thanks for your feedback.

I understand your point. The current inventory management flow requires going through the product/variant settings, which can become time-consuming when you need to update stock quantities for many products.

A dedicated inventory management screen with an overview of products and quick stock quantity updates would definitely make the workflow much easier, especially for stores managing a larger catalog.

Thanks a lot... I hope this can be implemented soon as this would really save hours when having to do bigger stock updates.
