Hello,
I'd like to receive immediate updates via a newsletter — both for the SP Page Builder and for Helix Ultimate. Is that possible? What options do you offer?

I've now explicitly marked the email address [email protected] as “NOT spam” in my Thunderbird email client.
Is that the correct sender?
I've discovered emails from the year 2025.
Is this just a general newsletter?
It would be perfectly fine with me if I only received notifications about updates.

I just signed up for the newsletter on your website. However, I'm getting an error message: “Unprocessable entity.”
Is it because I'm already signed up?

Yes, all users who have an account with us are generally subscribed to receive our product updates and newsletters, including updates related to SP Page Builder and Helix Ultimate.

If you're not receiving these emails, please check your account email address and your spam/junk folder(as you did already). If the issue persists, let us know and we can look into it further.

To determine whether my setting change is working, I'd need to know when the next newsletter will be sent out.

Was a newsletter sent out yesterday with information about the SP Page Builder update to version 6.8?

I can't remember if I unsubscribed from the newsletter in the past.

When I try to subscribe, I get an error message:
"Unprocessable entity"

About two hours ago, I received the newsletter titled “Security Update Alert: Helix Ultimate v2.2.10 Is Now Live for Joomla 3, 4, 5 & 6!”
Did I receive it more or less on time?

@Jürgen: Yes, a newsletter was sent out; there's also a picture of it in a forum post.

@Rashida: I haven't received a newsletter either, and I check my spam folder regularly.
