Hello, after updating Helix Ultimate and the framework, I get this warning on multiple sites: "Warning: JInstaller::Install: Cannot find XML setup file."

try again, template package is OK.
You can always download and upload manually, it's only 15 sec longer.

Helix Ultimate is mostly for PHP 8.4, 8.5, but included plugin will work in PHP 8.3 as well.

What do you mean it also includes a tiny fix?
After your last message, I spent the last few days updating various sites with plg_system_helixultimate_v2.2.10, and now we find out we have to update everything again?
Today, even the automatic update isn't working, and the manual one is crashing the sites!

If all is OK on those site, keep as it's. Relax.
We improved how custom.css is loaded, that's all.
Besides this topic was about something totally else.
