Option to delete own thread will be added soon. Maybe in couple of days.

If I get you right, then you are talking about replying to individual threads. This feature was in the tickets but is not available in the new forum. There is only one thread.

And quoting the interviewee will be at least?

Or only copy-paste will need to insert the text? How did I do it above?

These are the markdown features you can try: Markdown Feature It is up to you how you reply to a person. You can copy-pasting the name and reply.
