I must say that you have already disappointed me very much. Others have done their homework and are even better than you. I have now tried Asteroid from JoomDev and am very happy with it.

Sorry for this inconvenience. Its not compatible yet. Our team is working on it. It may take few days more.
Upgrading to Joomla 4 right now in production sites is not recommended. There are many third-party extensions like ours that are not fully compatible yet. It is better to wait at least a couple of weeks to see how things are going. Meanwhile, we will update our products accordingly.

I completely understand your disappointment, you have full right to do so. However, apart from that, I just want to assure you that Helix Ultimate and every templates based on the framework will be Joomla4 compatible real soon as our Dev-team is working on it now.
