Upgrading to Joomla 4 right now in production sites is not recommended. There are many third-party extensions like ours that are not fully compatible yet. It is better to wait at least a couple of weeks to see how things are going. Meanwhile, we will update our products accordingly.

I completely understand your disappointment, you have full right to do so. However, apart from that, I just want to assure you that Helix Ultimate and every templates based on the framework will be Joomla4 compatible real soon as our Dev-team is working on it now.
