Thanks for contacting us. Yes Helix Ultimate 2.0.18 Template is Compatible With Joomla 5 And PHP 8.2. You can first install helix joomla 4 then you have to update it to Joomla 5 manually. Sorry Joomla 5 quickstart is not available right now.

What's wrong with your templates? How can i get the older versions of the template?

1. Quickstart is not just a template, it contain Joomla as well.
2. Switch to PHP 8.1 and try to install QS again, then update what you have, and switch to PHP 8.2
3. Helix Ultimate 2.0.18 work in PHP 8.2, and have seen 50+ sites on it.
4. Installer in QS is from Joomla itself, it wasn't made by us.
5. It would be easier to install raw Joomla 4.4 or 5.0 then install what you really need, then deleting demo items, modules, and pages.

Thank you for the link. I am going to try the raw install. This is my installation steps:

1. Install Joomla 4
2. Install Helix Ultimate template only
3. Should i install the plugin as well?

Please advise.

Template package on our site contains template+plugin. It means all you need to create a site.

Later just install SPPB Pro, Akeeba Backup, SEO extension and whatever more you need.

Then what is the purpose for the plugin file that is provided for download?
