Helix Ultimate 2.0.18 After Upgrade From Joomla 4.2.6 To 4.4.1 - Changes Found

Hi,

After upgrading from Joomla 4.2.6 to 4.4.1 in Heix Ultimates 2.0.18 it says 66 changes found.

What does that mean exactly, do I need to do something about these 66 changes ? What could have caused it ?

Thank you for your help to make sense of this message and what I should do about it.
