For me it doesn't work on joomla 4. It only works on joomla 3.

Restore htaccess to the original file and login should work. There is a firewall in there that is probably blocking.

I found a problem. I restored htaccess to the original and export started working on php 7 and php 8. problem solved. Thanks for the help.

The problem is Securitycheck Pro and the security features in hatccess. One of the entries blocks the export of files to joomla 4. If I enable security, I cannot export files.
