I need your support. I just started using Helix ultimate. I want to use it to communicate with my clients. Like i add new users and i provide the user names and passwords to them to see updates related to their queries. They can send me a message and i can send them a message as well. Is it possible to install such extension to communicate with my clients through the website.

In general, Joomla allows the creation of new users from the backend. So, it doesn't need any extra extension for that.

And if you want to make info available related their query, then you can use search function I think:

But about the message sending capability, what do you mean actually? I think you can use a contact form or form builder addon of our SP Page Builder through which your clients can send emails to you!
