Hello Gavin Hogan
I have customized your custom.css file to apply it. But this is actually not our responsibility. You have used a template which is not from us. Yes, it is made with Helix Ultimate but we do not support for this case. Hopefully, you understand this. From the next time, you need to take help from your template provider.
Best regards

Hi Gavin,
- Helix customization tips (also for off-canvas menu): https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helix-ultimate-2/customization-tips
- Template support in your case: LTheme (dot) com. Support Policy rules.

Check template folder: /templates/lt_bycoin/css/custom.css file.
Documenation about it: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helix-ultimate-2/custom-code-css-js-meta
Now whole rest is in your hands.
