The Bottom section of that template was built using single row with modules (menu and SP Page Builder inside). We used the following module positions:

• bottom-top (SP Page Builder module)
• bottom1 (SP Page Builder module)
  
  
• footer1 (SPPB module (site Logo) + copyright note from Helix settings)
• footer2 (Custom module)
