There is a large blue banner across the top of my page that reads "Home" (see screenshot below). I have not been able to find out what is causing it. It is not something I have placed from within SP Page Builder, and the color will change if I swap between Helix Ultimate template presets. How can I remove it?

I am using SP Page Builder Pro 3.7.8 with the Stellar template
