Hi Toufiq, yeah, I expected this from you, obviously, and I know that this is a problem of mine, maybe the consequence of the policy against ramsomware. If your test was done until Linux, there are difference for sure. My server is Windows 2019 and, trying another site, I've the same error code. Could you tell me what is the correct access policy of that directory, please? I would try to implement what you'll said to me, because all my tentatives was useless. Thank you!

Hi Toufiq, I've found the cause of HTML Error 403. Putting SP PB in Production Mode, the background video or images are searched in a different directory that is mixed between /media and /images, as you can see in attachment here: --> https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fVGgCD6Y4yGkjJFML6bgdxnvPq2-_8V3/view?usp=sharing

After disable system plugin (route 66, w7webp, Simple HTML Minifier, Anti-spam by CleanTalk ). Now front end editing open but still now the save issue remains. I think third-party extension occurred the problem. Thanks

Hi Toufiq, did you try in your system (not using mine) to load a background and simulate the same situation? I think it is not a third part extension but a problem of in which way SP PB build the path in production mode. Why it search on /media and not only in /images?

I have disabled those plugins on your live site. How did you make sure that is our product problem? You can check test our server.

Hi Toufiq, I re-enabled the extensions you mentioned earlier and the error did not repeat. I cleaned the site cache again (I do it every time, I directly delete the files on the server and those of the browser) but the error did not reappear. I'm starting to believe in ghosts ... (just kidding). I also went to the site you gave me but I did not understand anything, there is not my site below, loaded, and then it is Joomla 4 that I have not yet experienced, because the Indigo template, for what I have seen on yours site, it is not compatible with J4 but only with J3: can you confirm this for me?
