Would you please describe your issue a little bit more? Where and how you met with this error? Are you trying to install a quickstart pack through your Joomla admin?

Moreover, this template is based on Helix V2, which is not supported anymore. The latest framework from us is Helix Ultimate.

Hi, yes, I install the quick start that joomshaper sold me for almost 200 usd a few days ago, really one problem after another.

If this template is not compatible with ultimate, does it mean that it is no longer useful? Why do you sell it? how do i do now? I really would like or give me a template that is okk and is compatible or refund my money because I no longer understand anything and for 2 days I have been wasting time with this installation.
