INstalling Templates And Extensions Error Message

Whatever Joomshaper extension I try to install in my new Joomla 4 website I always get the message "Manifest file could not be found". I tried with a template and an extension. What needs to done?

I deleted the entire installation, emptied the webspace and re-installed joomla 4. Then I tried again installing Quickstart Packages (via Joiomla 4 Backend System/Install/Extensions, than uploading the zip-File of Delacroy and other Templates.

ALWAYS there is an error message (https://monosnap.com/file/r6SRFaRivs9bWinVyMKS13aDa2uy9B) and I am at a loss how to proceed. Please advise Thank you

Hello

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Are you trying to download the Quickstart package or the Template package?

Also, please note that sometimes this problem might arise when the browser is set in its preferences to automatically unzip compressed downloads.

Joomla expects to see a template upload in form of the orginal ".zip" file – which you can achieve either by recompressing the opened folder, or turning off the browser's automatic file opening and redownloading the template.

I tried to re-zip the quickstart file (Delacroy Template) but I was noct successful uploading it and installing it. I keep getting the message that some extemnsion field is missung in the database (??).

I am at a loss as to how to install the template. Hope you can help if I give you login credentials (sieee hidden content)

Kindly try removing the license key and email address, then re-enter both of them kore and afterwards clear the joomla and browser cache.
